These days when the economy is not as strong as it used to be, we assume it may be difficult to get approved for Business Loans. I just had a lengthy discussion with my husband about this. It’s funny, that we’re talking about it, wherein fact we are not even thinking of obtaining one.

The Stock Market is driving me nuts. Yesterday, it was totally an awful day, I really didn’t even want to monitor it online at all. When we were having dinner though, this subject was something that can’t be avoided. My husband is taking all the “beating” a lot better than me, as he has a broader understanding and forgiving attitude about how our investments are faring, but for someone like me, what is black is black, and red is red.
Today, the market closed at just 58 points gain. One of the stocks I’m closely watching is Citigroup. Even if it performed good today, it’s still not as it used to be. My heart bleeds when I see the numbers.
One thing I learned from being a wife of a wall street professional, and an investor at that; when you play with stocks, you can’t have a fragile heart.

My husband who as you very well know works for a Wall Street firm, has always been a wise money manager. Well, at least for our family. Long before he met me, he’s already been investing long term not only for retirement, but also for short term goals. In fact, if it’s not too much to mention here, early on in our marriage, he projected he can retire when he hits 50. That projection has changed after the September 11 attack, as many of our investments got side tracked. But that didn’t dampen his spirits, as he is a firm believer in making sure that our future is secured. There’s too many stories of older people unable to enjoy their retirement years because they didn’t plan and invest at all. It’s never too early to start planning for retirement.
That being said, I know of a company that is renowned as one of the leading providers in investment management, asset and fund administration including fiduciary and banking solutions. Northern Trust not only caters to affluent personalities worldwide, they also handle corporations.
Serving the needs of business owners through their business checking accounts ensure that business owners efficiently manage their company’s operating accounts. Apart from that, they also offer custom financing solutions that is based on one’s business needs. Affluent individuals go to them for sound financial planning to achieve their financial goals, as well as for personal banking needs. After all, they offer comprehensive private banking services meant to provide an ideal complement to the wealth management strategy that is already in place.
When I mentioned Northern Trust to my husband, was I surprised to hear him say: “there’s one on East 55th Street”? No, I knew he knows about Northern Trust. In fact, he actually raves about their services.

Having a husband that works in the financial world, makes me yearn to learn more and be updated with Stock Market Investing News. As it has been a staple for us to talk about in our dinner table, I make sure I have sufficient knowledge about what’s going on in the stock market, and even to the extent of going beyond by arming myself with theories that are contrary to the dominant financial press. There are battles, yes, but he listens, as I’m always able to support my stand.
He is aware where I source out such information: ContrarianProfits.com, the new stock market investing news online site, where I get recommendations and ideas that are not always parallel to what I read about or gather from ordinary investment news bureau. It has been key to helping my husband and I make wise investment choices. We believe that one should try to find means for their money to work for them and earn by doing things differently. We don’t wanna be victims, like most are in the financial world that just keeps doing what everybody else does, as they only follow advices from the mainstream financial press.
My husband sometimes says, I’m always contradicting him with regards to stock investment ideas, and I really always do. Why not? I get my information from an easy to navigate contrarian site: ContrarianProfits .com. I just want to impart the secrets I learn from an online portal that dishes out successful investing secrets. One must be willing to look at things differently to achieve favorable investment results and make money not by following the crowd, but make money by leading it.

If you own annuities, insurance policies and the like, Settlement Quotes can be a useful resource on options that you can do with such. They provide structured settlement and annuity factoring services.
Let’s take for instance, you own a life insurance policy. You can get life insurance settlement if you opt to. Instead of letting the policy expire on you, more so if you are no longer interested on keeping it, you can sell it to Settlement Quotes for a lump sum of cash. They will scout for multiple buyers that are willing to pay the net death benefit amount of the policy. Had I not stumble upon this site, I would never have known this kind of option exists.
For bodily injury lawsuits, the injured normally gets structured settlement wherein they get their payouts in periodic payments. With Settlement Quotes, you can get the lump sum of money in exchange of the structured settlement payments. This is made possible from procuring six lump sum quotes from competing companies, so that Settlement Quotes will help one get the most cash possible. Such mode, will allow the companies to compete to lessen the discount rate which makes for more money in the injured’s pocket.
It’s always a good thing to be well informed. I honestly didn’t know then that such service exists.

It’s a known fact that I have a “money man” here at home. It’s not that he has tons of money, of course, that’s not what I mean, but I call him such, because my husband knows a lot about investments due largely to the fact that he works as an Analyst with one of the biggest investment firms on Wall Street. Investments and money talks are integrated even at our dinner table.
Right now, I can say that we have a very well diversified portfolio, thanks to the husband, as he is the one really responsible in managing it. We still have a broker cum financial planner though, that takes care of our financially managed accounts. One area that my husband has been looking into, is for him to learn about trust deed investing with Diamond Bay Investments. In fact, he acknowledges the fact that Real Estate Trust Deed investments yields a high margin of return yet it has a low margin of risk. With a 12% return rate on high yield first trust deeds and hard money lending systems, this makes it a good venture and it is perfect to complement our retirement account, and IRA investments.
My husband thinks, in order for us to retire in style, we have to have, and maintain effective wealth building strategies, and he foresees Diamond Bay Investments will be a good partner in helping us build a secure future. With qualified investor -oriented professionals, it should guarantee us bright retirement years.
