These multi-colored carrots make the color of my daily juice awesome!
More often than not, carrots are included in my juice concoctions. However, with my smoothies, I almost always omit carrots. There’s something about the texture that makes it unpalatable for me when carrots are in my smoothies. But since I juice daily, the carrot consumption in our household is high.
