I’m so tempted to make this a wordless post but I don’t think I can.
The weather was pleasant enough last Saturday so it made way for this blog post. I had the energy to unearth my barely used retired LV Mandara. The strong scent of leather is still so profound because I stopped using it as soon as I learned that LV stopped making it. My collector husband advised me to preserve it. I however, don’t have that kind of mentality because I want to enjoy what I have (he likes collecting mint stuff and just look at them). Hence, I still find myself using it maybe twice a year. It’s cumbersome to get to it when I want to use it because I store all my bags in their dust covers in their original boxes for protection and to keep their value.
It was mild enough for me to be able to pose outdoor and smile for the camera without a hat. The weather is really very unpredictable but I’m not complaining. I’m actually loving it! I want this kind of weather and temperatures to linger longer but if we believe the weathermen, they are predicting below freezing temps starting tomorrow and it will linger for the rest of the week.
Is this the last of the series? We’ll see. In the meantime, check out where we dined last Saturday. It was a delight to dine at Da Nicola for the first time and devoured a take home dessert from Il Corso.
