This mini trampoline has been a part of my fitness regimen since Fall of last year.
With my Precor elliptical machine and this little bouncer, I’ve been able to somewhat stay fit. I must admit that it’s not easy to bounce on the trampoline but I try to do it for 2 minutes continuously, every hour (if I’m home all day). On days when I have errands to do, I squeeze in 4 or 5 sets of 2 minutes each. I feel the burn all the time even for just 2 minutes. Many experts say that this kind of exercise is good for the lymphatic system and the lungs.
I’m the sole user of this mini trampoline, and that is probably the reason why it is holding out. I guess, my weight is easy enough for this type of trampoline. By the way, I now hit the scale at 120 lbs. on my 5′ 5 1/2″ frame. 🙂
