Bounce With Me

This mini trampoline has been a part of my fitness regimen since Fall of last year.

With my Precor elliptical machine and this little bouncer, I’ve been able to somewhat stay fit. I must admit that it’s not easy to bounce on the trampoline but I try to do it for 2 minutes continuously, every hour (if I’m home all day). On days when I have errands to do, I squeeze in 4 or 5 sets of 2 minutes each. I feel the burn all the time even for just 2 minutes. Many experts say that this kind of exercise is good for the lymphatic system and the lungs.

I’m the sole user of this mini trampoline, and that is probably the reason why it is holding out. I guess, my weight is easy enough for this type of trampoline. By the way, I now hit the scale at 120 lbs. on my 5′ 5 1/2″ frame.  :-)

  1. Hala! E will love to have that…but no can do kasi baka malaglag lang sya. She’s been asking for the bigger version kasi takaw aksidente talaga ang ganyan so wag muna….

    120? Good to hear na tumaas na….yehey! Ako naman ngayon lang bumalik sa aking Mobia after months of staying off of it. Tumataba na naman kasi ako eh….wahhhh….

  2. Hello J! If trampoline’s really good for the lymphatic sys. and the lungs, parang I want to have one too. Yung ganyan lang din na compact size. Hanggang treadmill work outs lang kami kasi. Kaya pala ganda ng built ng body mo, sustained sa work-outs.

    you should get E yung malaki. you have a nice sized backyard kaya get her na lang kahit yung 12 ft lang with enclosure to prevent her from falling. I’m sure she’ll have fun. ako sa totot lang it’s no fun but it’s good nga daw.

    that 120 is a good number. ayun naka-tengga pa din sa 120. I guess, that will be it for me. tataas siguro niyan if I decide to start eating what I used to eat.

    go, go, go. kailangan talaga natin ng konting exercise para mabawasan ang mga excess. :-)

    hola Tita B! sabi nga nila, good daw for the lymphatic system. sige you get din something compact, at sabay tayong tumalon hahaha. though I try to do some exercise, medyo limitado na ako sa lifting ng weights. kahit nga handle bars ng elliptical namin I don’t use them na when I’m on it. I miss my toned upper arms.
