Nowadays when it seem like we have been hearing more and more cases of cancer, it has become my personal commitment to pay attention to our diet and lifestyle. I’m not by any means one hundred percent a health-freak, because I indulge every once in a while, and I so love sweets and decadent treats. Plus, my being a night owl is not exactly healthy too. Fact is, I try so hard to have the not-so-good habits under control. But as mere mortals, I have lapses.
As of late, I went back to reading health and wellness books. If you noticed, I have written about one of them very recently. I want to learn more so that I can empower myself and make more healthy choices.
As a matter of fact, I’ve read about Oregano Oil and I can’t be more surprised about the many beneficial effects when ingested. Per my understanding, it does not only have worm-expellant and fungicidal properties, it also has microbial killing power. Thanks to one of its chemical component – carvacrol, which also helps to alleviate infection much like the same way as a typical antibiotic.
And, do you know of the existence of a micro-emulsified Vitamin D3 in a bottle? Bio D-Mulsion, is typically known as the sunshine in a bottle! Of course, we are all aware how important vitamin D is in the absorption of calcium into our system as well as bone metabolism. Therefore, ensuring that we get the recommended allowance of Vitamin D is imperative. But with hectic lifestyle, we sometimes get limited exposure to the sun which is a known source of the vitamin, and many adults now shy away from drinking milk altogether. Supplementation is the only way to go, no less.
I’ve got a long way to go with reading. And I’m making sure that I will keep at it provided I have the time. Rather, I should make time in reading health books in the same manner that I set aside some time reading the latest fashion issue of my favorite magazine.
