My quest for the most appropriate eye cream for myself is still on. If you remember in the past, I have written quite a few times about how determined I am to try whatever is available out there. It’s been a pricey experiment so far, but I’m willing to go the extra mile to hunt for that magic cream (if there is such a thing as a magic eye cream, anyway).
Last February, I got introduced to ybf (your best face skin care ) correct, an awesome eye cream. I have to admit that this is by far the best eye cream that I have tried.
The cream addresses whatever it claims to deliver but there is one caveat – the pump tends to malfunction. As this is only available online and on a retail store in Virginia, I had to let the seller know of the malfunction. I was lucky enough to get a replacement sent through UPS overnight. The pump of the replacement was working fine until most recently, when all I can dispense now is air. The bottle is still kind of heavy and based on my usage of eye cream, there is no way that the bottle is now empty.
Priced at $150 per bottle, even if this cream delivers, I don’t think I will buy it again. The manufacturer needs to think about changing the packaging or change the pump. I thought that the first bottle that malfunctioned was just an isolated case, but as it is, the replacement also malfunctioned much later than the original purchase. I may consider going back to this eye cream if they come up with an improved pump.
I won’t buy anything even if it’s the best eye cream if the price is more than a hundred dollars….the frugal me…hehehe. The best eyecream I ever tried is from Victoria Secret Principal Secret Reclaim line, and the one by DDF. Also I rave about Olay Regenerist eye serum…and at $20, it’s really a great buy because it’s effective—that’s why at 42 , people still think I’m 25. Hhehehehe!
