		<description>I love fresh herbs. There are a few things you can do with these. You can dry the herbs in your microwave on paper towel then crumble up the leaves and store in a jar. Or you can clip off the leafy parts and make an herb and water slurry in your food processor. Freeze the slurry in ice cube trays and then keep the cubes in a bag in the freezer. Add a cube of frozen herbs to dishes like pasta sauces, soups, stews, when cooking pasta, etc. :)

oh yes, they are great in omelets. I haven&#039;t tried drying herbs. once I try and it&#039;s done successfully, I&#039;ll let you know. maybe, I can send some to you (lol).</description>
