If you have been following this blog, you must be already aware about my recent issue about a plagiarized blog content. I have written about it here, here and here. It was surreal reading my original written article (copied word for word), a paid post at that, on someone else’s blog. My efforts to have this issue taken cared of, and the criminal to once and for all be made liable for her misdeed is finally realized. The fact that I’m not her only victim only goes to show that many of us, bloggers, could have been unknowingly victimized by the same criminal already.
Thus, I’m thanking Juliana of Pinay WAHM, for passing this very timely meme on to me. Most of all, I’m extending my sincere appreciation to Cee of Living A’ La Mode who felt impelled to start a meme to enjoin every blogger to take action against plagiarism.

What is Plagiarism?
According to Dictionary, Plagiarism is the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one’s own original work.
To all Bloggers who exert effort to create noteworthy entries and who continue to maintain a Blog which is a reflection of who she / he is, ” Good job! ”
To those who have the desire to Blog but are merely scraping contents from other people‘ s materials, ” Whether you are monetizing your site to help you with your basic needs or to satisfy some of your wants, do it the proper way. Stop making money out of someone else‘s work. Otherwise, you are nothing but a common thief! ”

Thanks so much for your concern. For now, the affiliate company is doing what’s needed. As of today, the copied article has been removed without me demanding removal. She was probably told to do so.
I just hope that other sites will finally catch up with her because her blogs are filled with various articles and images scraped from various sites.

I appreciate your objectivity on this matter. And as you said, no matter who is doing it, it is still a crime.
She has been exposed already on the blog of Leomar’s Den with matching screenshot of her other blog, as she copied another paid post from this fellow blogger too. That means, there is a chance that they will stumble upon Leomar’s site.

I guess it is my first time here. I came from Leomar’s blog because someone (anonymous) sent me a message informing me this. I was shocked really knowing that she is a blogger friend and I admire her posts. She made a BAD DECISION and she will have to endure the consequences. Like what David says, I for one will not tolerate anyone who copy the works of others. I will post this tag in my other blog today.I am sorry that this happened to you.

yes, you’ll never know what’s lurking behind that face. a lot of her posts including images, even her interim posts on both her blogs are copied from various sources.I wonder if you will still admire her skills(duh) in writing if she stops copying.

Hello Juliana.Thanks for droppin’ by.I’m really so sorry about the positive approach (post) I made into my blog but that doesn’t mean that I will tolerate such a thing & honestly saying that I really feel so sorry & sad that it happened to you & to Leomar dahil pinaghirapan nyo yon & that’s really unfair & for her… that she made a wrong decision for doing such a thing.
