Do you believe in the famous line: “The best things in life are free”? I guess, it won’t be a surprise to hear a resounding answer in the affirmative. Like I always say, “if it’s free, it’s for me.” Thus, I always try to look for freebies, in my nearby supermarket, drugstore and other local shops and establishments. And mind you, the hunt goes on even when we’re away on vacation which normally starts when I’m on the travel planning stage and when we are already at our destination. That is how I love freebies.
Now that we’re getting closer to the start of the travel season, it pays to consider visiting places that not only offer tons of activities for the whole family but also horde of freebies too. Personally, one of the States I haven’t really seen much of, is Florida. Yes, it is not that far off from the Big Apple but for some reason, we haven’t really explored much of the State. Perhaps, this year we can visit Kissimmee and enjoy this place that is touted as a charming oasis in Central Florida… in the heart of Florida. In fact, I have heard about a lot of freebies being offered in Kissimee. Now, can you see the connection? There are freebies, so the freebie hunter that I am should be there. Not only that, a lot of carefree activities can be done in Kissimee. I wouldn’t mind splurging for a day of leisure spa for two, followed by a romantic dinner at the end of the day. The last spa visit for my husband and I was when we went to Europe last year. I think, it’s time to get pampered and rejuvenated once again, and after which, devour the great steak and seafoods that Key W. Kools Pit Grill offers.
Oh, and what’s the freebie I’m intending to grab? The free hotel accommodations, which varies depending on which hotel I will finally select and how many days we will be staying there for. There’s nothing better than getting a free night or two in a hotel while you’re away, right? Oh, and of course, with the vast variety of activities that anyone can do while in Kissimmee, one should not forget to stroll at the historic downtown area and of course, a trek to the lake.
