Always Ready
I have always been a girl scout all my life. I’m not referring about the real Girl Scouts wearing that green uniform. I mean, I always ensure to be always ready for anything that life throws at me. This goes through with how I take care of gadgets as well as electronics.
My husband and I bought our cell phones three years ago and I must admit they are now obsolete. Considering how gadgets come and go, there is always something new. We just can’t keep up with technology. The cell phones however are still working perfectly except for my husband’s cell phone which is now begging to be replaced. Each of us have a second cell phone battery, which we bought at the time when we purchased the units. With the spare batteries, it has allowed us to use our cell phones without fear of getting cut off while engaged. That’s why when we finally replace our cell phones, I will ensure that we are going to have spare cell phone batteries for each unit. This time, we are not going to buy identical cell phones. As early as now, I know what I’m going for, and he has his heart pretty much set to get that unit that is always out of stock (you know what that is).
When will that purchase be? I know, it is not this month(September). We have huge expenses coming up this month and it’s really big. When it rains it pours, as they say. That trip to the Philippines was totally unplanned, hence, the expenses I incurred was also not planned for. So in the meantime, the cell phones can wait. We’ll get to it.

Our Saturday is a wet one. We just stayed indoors. I did some work while the h did some yardwork in the morning. The little one played as usual…

oo nga, that will definitely avoid you getting isolated from the world once the cable provider messes up again.

Happy labor day..kahit end of the day na. Musta? Did you go to any bbq? Kami wala. We were out most of the day though visiting some stores…and Books a Million. Can you believe walang BAM malapit dito? We have to go to the one near our old place…about 30 min drive. Hay…

it was quiet here on our end. no bbq’s as I turned down invites, nakakatamad mag drive. we initially planned to go to the movies but I changed my mind at the last minute. ang asawa disappointed but he had no choice. I just wanted to stay home while he labored at the gym.
it’s hard to believe walang BAN nearby. right by us, the closest is 15 minutes drive.

hi, i always read your blog whenever i do entrecard drop, for some reason, the “juliana” sounds magical to me, when i saw your pictures in your other blog, it was like, “wow”, i never would have thought to see the face behind the words. i know, those were years ago, we may have changed physically, but am sure you still wear that vibrant smile. i think i can guess what cell phone your hubby wants, it may be the same cell phone my hubby wants
