I'm Determined

At the rate I’m going with my fitness routine I can honestly say, it has not been much of a success. I’m still stuck with my 1 mile walk but I plan to really move on to the 2 mile regimen. The one good thing though is that, I have been consistently doing it everyday. I need to keep at it, because I am determined not to hear any “lectures” from my doctor when I see him again this coming November. As I mentioned before, he was not pleased with my weight gain when I went to see him earlier this month.

I hope I won’t have to take my last recourse, and that is to start taking diet pills. Most of us are probably aware of the intricacies on selecting diet pills, as not all of them works. If I will ever come to this point, I have to make sure I consult ConsumerPriceWatch.net as they have taken the guesswork out of the buying experience. On this online portal, the different diet pills are reviewed and ranked, which means I will have a good idea which one works best. Nothing beats hearing from actual users, so this should be a good guide.

In the meantime, I’m gonna keep walking. Who knows this will really do the trick. Wish me luck.
