Yellow Flower

Earlier today, this was what my camera captured in my little garden.

Now, I have no idea why I have this flower because I’m supposed to have planted an okra. Or is this really the flower turning into the okra I know? I haven’t planted okra before that’s why I really don’t have an idea how the flower looks. All I know is that, when I saw this I was shocked. Whatever it is, it’s beautiful!

Hey Tuks…yep, that’s the okra to be….hehe. We used to have a lot okra plants….my brother still has them I believe. He likes to have his own veggie garden sa probinsya…

Grabe…you’re turning into a big time gardener ah….hopefully we can do that soon. Panay ang ulan dito so hindi namin ma plano maayos yung veggie garden na gustong gusto kong umpisahan. The little one here is actually anticipating that…putting seedlings on the white board grocery list every week…hahaha

success! ang mahal nga kasi ng fresh okra, so I planted.I like okra grilled and isawsaw lang sa frsh tomatoes with patis oks na yun. F loves it too, ganun na ka-native ang asawa ko haha.

buti kayo dyan, you can plant almost year round. dito, hanggang 3 months lang ang longest stretch.

Those are okra flowers. I know because I have them in my garden. I just harvested some okra this morning.
