Have you been to the windy city yet? Of course, you know which state I’m talking about, right? It’s none other than Chicago, the largest city in Illinois. Chicago has been very much talked about lately because of the Democratic Presidential candidate who happens to hail from there. There’s never been a better time to visit Chicago than the summer. Of course there’s no better way to go around than rent a car in Chicago.

Chicago has a lot to offer. They have great parks, one of which is Lincoln Park. If there’s anything that’s so alluring to me, it’s their skyline which is considered as among the world’s tallest. It’s the city girl in me, I guess. I can just get lost in the maze of tall buildings.

My model “wanna-be” niece is still bothered with her zits. Believe it or not, she’s gone to different Dermatologists already, but the zits just keep coming back. She thinks she’s running out of options. She’s very conscious not only about her weight but of course, her skin too. More so now, that she’s already have some work lined up for her. She’s in a rush to banish all those zits on her forehead.

I suggested she should try Proactiv Solution. The three step system was developed by a Dermatologist to not only heal existing blemishes but also prevents new ones from coming out. I’ve heard a lot of people raving about this system, so she should definitely go for it.

I can imagine how disturbing it is to have stubborn acne. I hope this one will work for her. She’ll get a guide about acne break out prevention with the system, so that should be her “bible” to hopefully keep her zits away.

My husband and I couldn’t agree what we’re giving his parents as wedding anniversary gift. He has his heart set on something else, while I’m fixated on a very practical gift. Their wedding anniversary, which is on June 27; believe it or not, is the day before ours. It was not purposely planned, but my husband has a very short memory. We had agreed on the date already and he only realized it much later.

Going back on the gift, I really would love to give them a Gift Certificate from Maid Pro, the Manhattan maids service. I know they will be delighted with this present. I not only find this a unique perfect gift, isn’t it very practical too?

I have only a few days to maneuver and convince him to agree. Wish me luck!

I was just looking at the calendar just now, and realized it’s Friday, the 13th. So, what? Nothing! I’m just noting the day and the date.

I’m glad it’s Friday, and I’m finally temporary free of household chores. Fridays start my off days and if ever I do chores fr on  weekends it’s totally my option. In short, I can totally just be lazy. More often than not though, I find myself doing something. We’ll see, what chore will be interesting enough for me to do.
