Menu Plan Altered

Filed under: daily chatter — juliana @ 6:51 pm

Because of today’s inclement weather, I opted to stay in, instead of going to the supermarket. I wanted to just get our supply of veggies and fruits for the week. Since I plan our menu every two weeks coinciding with my big supermarket run, today’s dinner will be different from what I planned.

That’s when extra frozen meat, fish or poultry come in handy. Before I went to bed last night, just hearing the howling wind made me decide to thaw something else instead of what I originally planned. Frozen veggies will take the center stage tonight. Hopefully, the weather will be fine tomorrow so I can finally head out to the supermarket, then I’ll go with my menu as planned.

as long as you cook it with a smiling face, the food or recipe will certainly become appetizing.

I don’t do the grocery shopping. I just list down what we need and hubby buys it in the store. I do the cooking though. Happy cooking Juliana!
