13 And Counting

I am excited, and have been eagerly waiting for Monday. This trip would mean, no house chores, no errands, no running around – just running around to tour of course, eating, shopping, swimming? nah… I should say walking by the beach because I don’t know how to swim. We will be staying at a beach front property, so I should be able to do that.

Oh, and yes, this trip to Puerto Rico makes it the 13th country I’ve visited/seen so far. I’m saying I, because a good half of the countries listed here, on a previous post on my other blog was visited by me alone when I was still single. See? I think this shows my penchant for traveling. I love to travel and I want to see more of the world. That’s why when my husband gave me the honor of choosing our “destinations” this year and made it part of my birthday presents, I didn’t hesitate to pick this historic place in the Caribbean. Normally, the choice of our destinations are mutually agreed by us, but this one is my pick, no questions asked.

So, let me leave you a glimpse of Puerto Rico, the place with a diverse tropical landscape boasting more than 300 miles of palm fringed coastline and a lush interior of montage thicket, palm, dwarf and rain forests. Puerto Rico today, enjoys one of the higher standards of living in the Caribbean.

I’ll see you, when I see you  I’ll have blogging provisions in place, so I’ll still be around.
