Active In My Golden Years

I think, I’m in a retirement mood. With such complex feelings that I have right now, ever since my friend passed away, all the more I get to value life, and can’t help but look at the bright side of our short life on earth. Retirement is not always a pleasant thought to some people, as this would mean ailments, limited mobility and all, but for me even way into my old age, I vow to remain active, happy and embrace life positively.

With limited mobility as people grow older, living a full life should not be disregarded. There are available help, not only in the form of human help but also companies that are continuously developing innovative products like walkin baths. Not only does it make bathing a pleasure, but it gives one the feeling of independence; they can do things on their own.

Now, who is afraid of getting old? Tell me, are you?

  • I’m not afraid of getting old especially if I know that I have been productive during my younger years. What I really fear is reaching the point that I’m no longer capable of working and my kids will have to make sacrifices to take care of me:(

  • i am afraid of growing old, if i haven’t invested enough to give me a comfortable golden years… ayoko maging problema (burden) ng ibang tao pagtanda ko

innovations like the walkin baths and medical scooters are really great for the elderly
