I am basically a newbie myself to blogging, as I only discovered this wonderful world of blogging last July. I went ahead to get my own domain name but I wound up parking it because I had no clue what to do. I instead went ahead and make a blog using free hosting. As soon as I realized how much better it would be to have total control of my own blog, I finally took the plunge and get my own web hosting service. Believe it or not, I picked my web host based on what was being endorsed not fully aware of the different features I should be looking into.
Nowadays, there’s a handy online resources if one wants to know the best web hosting sites available. It’s a free guide to enable users pick and get the perfect web host according to their needs be it personal or business, small or a large commercial site. One must keep in mind that web hosting sites just like any service out there are rated based on affordability, reliability, tech support availability and uptime.
I wish I’ve known about WebHostingChoice.com when I got my web host. I would have been more confident knowing I was selecting the best web host based on my need, as I would have been able to read up and get the necessary information on basic web hosting. Not that I am not satisfied with my current web hosting service, but sometimes when there’s an unexpected downtime, I get frustrated. I’m always paranoid thinking my blogs can be down and I’m not aware about it. It has so far happened a couple of times, can you blame me?
