The “laziness bug” hit me last night, although I thawed chilean sea bass for dinner last night. I just didn’t want to bother with making a somehow complicated meal, so when my husband got home, I told him I was just simply lazy to cook. Guess what, I still did cook, but it was really simple enough and it didn’t require a lot of “to do’s”. Wanna see what I concocted?
To most Pinoys, you’ll know what this is. Yup, the Amboy ate this, and I’m one contented cook. He is not really picky anyway when it comes to food. What did I do with the thawed fish? I did the “no-no”, they’re right back in the freezer. Kitchen police!!!!!
Why should I make it hard for me, when it can be easy, right?
