And that is the reason why friends and family volunteers to ‘feed’ us whenever we’re back in the Philippines. He eats anything for as long as he sees me eat the same thing. He has coined a new name for our ‘tortang talong’ – -Â eggplant souffle!!!! O di ba cute?
